Science Specialist

Mrs. Pierce holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Chemistry and Human Service Counseling. She worked at a daycare before coming to Legacy in 2017.
I love Legacy because they prioritize the outdoor classroom. The school is defined by differentiation and sets each child up for success, including my own.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Chemistry and Human Service Counseling (Wayne State)
- Currently working towards receiving her Masters in Counseling (Crown College)
What is your work experience that relates to children?
I began working at a daycare when my son turned two years old.
What are you interests and hobbies?
Aside from spending time with my husband and two sons, I love playing Rugby, gardening, reading, organizing and enjoying my two cats.
If your child has an interest in science Mrs. Pierce will challenge them; giving your child the opportunity to explore science both inside and outside the classroom. Hands on curriculum is a must for all science classes and with our 11 acres of land we have the space for it.
