A NEW CHOICE IN EDUCATION
Mrs. Baca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Reading Education. She taught elementary school for 13 years before starting Legacy School in 2008 with co-owner Kelly Pedersen.
Our students have an educational advantage while attending Legacy School; they are taught on their level and at their pace. Legacy School’s combination of differentiated instruction, small class size and teacher/aide teams provides students with an educational advantage, as they become enthusiastic learners and independent thinkers. Legacy School believes in giving families another choice for their child’s education.

What is your work experience that relates to children?
Since age 16, I’ve had a passion to work with children. I started teaching in 1996 and have taught everything from preschool- 3rd grade. I have also taught ESL classes as well as reading resource programs.
What are your interests and hobbies?
I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 kids, traveling, and working out.
