P.E. Specialist
A NEW CHOICE IN EDUCATION
Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management/Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Sport Management/Recreation. She has worked with Special Olympics Oregon and was a camp counselor at Camp Legacy before joining Legacy School in 2022.
Legacy is different. The school feels like a large family, and I love it. I have been with Camp Legacy for a few years, and I am excited to return to Legacy School to teach PE inside and outside on Legacy’s large outdoor campus. My hope is to have kids excited to attend PE classes!

What is your work experience that relates to children?
I have worked with children in multiple different areas throughout my life. During high school, I worked with classmates with special needs, assisting them in homeroom, PE, and music. While on summer breaks during college, I worked with Special Olympics Oregon, was a camp counselor at Camp Legacy, and babysat. Also, while being a college athlete, I assisted at local track & field camps to teach children the fundamentals of throwing (shot put, hammer, and discus).
What are your interests and hobbies?
I love outdoor biking (I have become obsessed with Peloton), hanging out with family and friends, and going on Disney cruises!
